Learning With Your Hands
Learning with Your Hands is all about discovery and play. Kids are introduced to a wide range of materials and guided to make their own creative choices. Instead of focusing on “perfect results,” the course nurtures independence, joy, and confidence in expressing their own ideas through art.
What is it?
In this course, children are introduced to different materials and playful ways of working — from drawing and painting to building and experimenting. The emphasis is on decision-making and autonomy: kids learn to follow their own voice, rather than simply copying an example or completing a set assignment.
This approach helps them grow more independent and confident, not only as young artists but also in how they approach challenges and choices more broadly. My role as teacher is to facilitate, encourage, and, when necessary, gently steer them toward new possibilities — always with joy and imagination at the center.
